Diary New Folsom May 25

I arose with the yoga lady stretching on TV. I need to stretch more early morning, particularly before a run. I normally only do my core work when I first wake up.

I did around a two mile run today. I had a little trouble getting out of the cell this Saturday morning. One hateful cop in the rotunda where the art room is, called the building tower and told the guard not to release Jackson this morning, even though the rotunda cop has no right or duty to do that. I do not work for this officer and I avoid conversation with him because I know he is program hateful and unfriendly. I did get out of the cage on time despite of this hateful cop's antics. I stayed away from the art room and hung out with the Gosling Five.
